Queen's Platinum Jubilee Celebrations!

Dear Families,

On the 6^th February this year Her Majesty the Queen became the first British Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee, marking 70 years of service to the people of the United Kingdom, the Realms and the Commonwealth.

We are all very much looking forward to the celebrations of this unique event in our lives and on Wednesday 1^st June 2022 we will celebrate by inviting all children to wear red, white and blue or dress as royalty!

The children will enjoy a number of fun activities throughout the day at nursery, and weather permitting we will have a Tea Party at 5pm for a cost of £2 per child (please pay to the office)! We will make our jam scones, sandwiches, have some mini sausages/cheese rolls, fruits and lots more.

We will also make some homemade lollies in lolly moulds using real fruit!

We look forward to celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee at the nursery with the children.
